MUZOO hosts its first concert in the permanent exhibition. The scenography, dedicated to the biodiversity crisis, becomes the backdrop for a special musical and visual experience.
With Image(s), Duo Klexs seeks to confront experimental music with luminous works by German artist Kurt Laurenz Theinert.
Half of Klexs - Silke Strahl - composes her first piece for the duo. The influences of the ensemble's previous creations are certainly apparent in his work.
Swiss composers Nils Fischer (LU), Peter Conradin Zumthor (GR) and Nicolas Gurtner (BE), together with Kurt Laurenz Theinert, will develop three works of sound and light for a total, multidisciplinary art experience.
With this program, Duo Klexs seeks to answer a fundamental question: what happens when the visual becomes one of the main players in musical interpretation?
