The site is accessible by public transport, car or on foot.
People with reduced mobility can park to the east of the building (reserved space), to access the museum via the Replat du Dahu 1a entrance (on the street). Please use the videophone to announce yourself or, better still, call reception in advance on +41 (0)32 967 65 01.

Nearest covered parking lots:
Espacité (10′ walk) and Métropole-Centre (15′ walk).
A parking space for coaches and a space for people with reduced mobility are available to the east of the building.
If you do not use these parking lots, please respect La Chaux-de-Fonds’ parking policy. Parking cards are on sale at reception.

Cafeteria
Feeling peckish after a busy visit, or just want to share a convivial moment on the MUZOO site? The cafeteria, open from 10am to 4:45pm, offers visitors and strollers something to eat or simply a drink with friends.
Strollers
Strollers are allowed in the museum. However, for the comfort of visitors and to ensure fire safety, strollers are not allowed in the vivarium.
