A ProSpecieRara seedling market is an opportunity to discover varieties that are adapted to the local climate and that are out of the ordinary: a Chioggia red beet? A white cabbage from Wädenswil? How about Alberello di sarzana zucchinis?
The stands of our partner producers: Fondation Les Perce-Neige, Rollier Paysage, La Jardinière (Ville de La Chaux-de-Fonds), La Coquille and Domaine Sous-le-Mont will be there to advise you.

The MUZOO wild animal care station will present its activities.
Come and talk to the caretakers who work so passionately to save and conserve wild animals.

2:00 - 4:00 "Make your own seeds" workshop
ProSpecieRara and the La Chaux de Fonds library offer a seed collection workshop during the seedling market at MUZOO (much more than a museum and a zoo!). How do you choose which varieties to harvest, how do vegetable plants fertilize and how do you store seeds properly? And above all, how can you take part in a grain library project? Answers from a day full of diversity!
