The awakening of the birds
A day dedicated to the awakening of birds, birdwatching excursions, a convivial breakfast and a workshop to discover the songs of local birds await you at MUZOO.
The event takes place throughout French-speaking Switzerland, and the full program is available here under "agenda".
5:30 a.m. Morning stroll
Set off at dawn in search of the White-fronted Redstart and discover the songs of many species in the gardens and parks of La Chaux-de-Fonds.
Meet in front of the MUZOO kiosk on the Replat du Dahu. At the end of the walk, the cafeteria will be open and participants will be served a braid.

Bring your own homemade jams.
10 a.m. Fun workshop for children and adults
Are you passionate about birds, but new to the subject? Join us for a fun introduction to birdsong. You'll be provided with boxes to listen to the songs and the materials to build a small mnemonic device that will enable you to easily learn to recognize a dozen species.
Meeting point: MUZOO Auditorium, starting at 10am. The workshop will take place between 10am and 12pm.
Duration: between 20 min. and 2h depending on the interest of the participant, without registration.
